Location: Nantwich or Milton Keynes (Hybrid – 2 days in the office, 3 days from home)

Salary: Up to £40,000 (dependent on experience) + Leadership Bonus

The Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Team Manager to lead and develop our lead generation and prospecting teams. This role is critical in ensuring the team meets and exceeds performance targets, delivering high-quality sales opportunities for our automotive clients. If you’re a driven leader with a passion for coaching and sales success, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of lead generation specialists to achieve performance goals.
- Monitor and analyse team performance, implementing strategies to drive success.
- Ensure high-quality prospecting and engagement with potential customers.
- Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to align team efforts with business objectives.
- Foster a positive and high-energy team culture that promotes continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in team leadership within a sales or lead generation environment.
- Strong coaching and people management skills with a track record of developing talent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyse data and performance metrics to drive improvements.
- Automotive industry experience is desirable but not essential.
