The Wellbeing Trustee Group is a network of volunteers, committed to improving mental health within the workplace, educating and increasing awareness to reduce the stigma around Mental Health.
We embrace and represent ROI's core value Humanity, endeavour to support our colleagues by signposting to resources and create an open culture where everyone feels confident talking about mental health.

Environment
The Environment Trustee Group is a network of volunteers with the mission to promote ROI as an environmentally conscious company in line with the companies CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility).
As a group they aim to raise awareness of environmental issues that affect us all and to help colleagues make more sustainable choices. Their Enviro-News updates provide everyone with opportunities to acquire knowledge and skills to help make a difference.
Our Environment Trustees are proud to have won the Planet Mark Employee Engagement award. -
Diversity
The Mission of the Diversity group is to promote awareness, curiosity and respect for the differences between us all.
The Diversity Trustee Group is a network of volunteers from across the business, committed to raising awareness and educating ROI community about diversity and inclusion.
They are here to create curiosity and to celebrate the differences that make us all so wonderfully unique.

I’m Adina. I’ve worked at ROI since 2010 and am based in Nantwich. I work on the Stellantis account and am also a member of the Social and Charity Trustee group. I really enjoy having the opportunity to get involved with organising the social events for our colleagues, from Christmas parties to Summer Barbecues and everything in between.

Supporting our local communities
We pride ourselves on being a big part of the local communities, from sponsoring our local hockey team in Nantwich to supporting local charities.
Every ROI colleague gets a volunteering day to give something back, anything from learning hedgehog first aid to helping to marshall fun runs.
