Hi, I'm Andy and I'm the Senior Operations Manager based in Nantwich.

What do you do?
I joined ROI back in July 2012 and haven't looked back. I'm responsible for overseeing part of the business operation. This includes delivering the SLA's agreed with our customers through the right people, systems and processes. 

What do you love about working for ROI? 

ROI is a fantastic company to work for. All of us live and breathe the values which makes working here enjoyable whilst keeping me challenged. There is also always an opportunity to grow with the business. 

Things you should know about me…
I have a wife, 2 daughters and dog called Winston. I am based in Nantwich and I love to play and watch sport.
