Hi! 👋 I'm Dani, the Recruitment Manager here at ROI.

What do you do?

I joined the HR team in June 2022 and it's my job to bring amazing people like you in to our business. I head up the recruitment team and also manage any talent acquisition projects like bringing in new systems and helping to make our recruitment processes as diverse and inclusive as possible. 

What do you love about working for ROI?

Our people really make the company. I have a fantastic bunch of colleagues who are all passionate about making ROI a success and who make this a really fun place to work. I also love the fact that the business really embraces new ideas. In my short time here, I have had the opportunity to build a great team (some of whom you'll meet as you go through the recruitment process) and really been made to feel that I can make an impact in the business as we grow.

Things you should know about me...

I'm one of those annoying people who never stops talking about their dog (he's called Bez by the way 🐶) and in my spare time I run a record shop with my husband.
