Salary: £40,950+ £6k Performance-Based Bonus + Car (Stellantis)
Are you an experienced professional with a passion for driving business growth and building lasting relationships? We are seeking a dedicated Regional Account Manager to join our dynamic team at ROI supporting our well known brand Stellantis across the whole of the South East patch. In this pivotal role, you will manage and develop key regional accounts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities
- Account Management Excellence: Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow regional accounts, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Client Relationship Building: Foster strong, effective relationships with clients, delivering outstanding service and being their go-to resource for business solutions.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance metrics, utilising data to drive decision-making and optimize account growth strategies.
- Market Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy and identify new business opportunities.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of client projects and objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven Industry Experience: Strong background in account management within a relevant industry sector, preferably automotive, with demonstrable success in growing key accounts.
- Results-Driven: A proactive approach with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate, persuade, and influence at all levels.
- Organisational Skills: High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and strong competence in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
