What do you love about working for ROI?

I enjoy the work life balance ROI offers and the individual support and understanding, if you work as you are supposed to, you will feel appreciated and encouraged to develop your skills. I often see people progressing within the company to other internal opportunities which is nice to see.

Things you should know about me…

I have a young family and two Miniature Schnauzer doggies who all keep me very busy! We enjoy trips out and finding new places to explore and spend time together. I'm at my happiest in the sunshine, so any opportunity to plan a winter holiday to the Canary Islands, I'm all over it!
