I joined ROI in November 2021 and it's my job to lead our Kia Customer Service team. I look after a team of 27 people, who all work incredibly hard to provide outstanding customer service to Kia UK's customers, dealerships and Fleet clients.
What do you love about working for ROI?
For me, having an emotional connection to the business I work for is critical. I've genuinely found that here at ROI and feel it's reciprocated by all my colleagues. In my experience, it's rare to find a business where our core Values are at the heart of what we all do but that's definitely true for ROI and I see all colleagues living and breathing our Values every day. I have the privilege of leading an amazing group of people who make my job an absolute pleasure.
Things you should know about me .....
I'm married to the very long-suffering Mark. We have a wonderful daughter, Alice, who loves performing arts and Tik-Tok. We also have two crazy hounds, Samson and Odin.. Believe me, Odin really is the God of War and Samson is a true hero for putting up with his annoying fur-brother!
