Sales Development Representative
Location: Primarily remote, with 1 day per week in our Milton Keynes office
Hours: 9am - 5pm - Monday - Friday
Salary: Paying up to £ 25,000 + Bonus

As a Sales Development Representative at Return on Investment, you’ll support our Hyundai automotive team by generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships, and helping drive sustainable growth. We’re looking for a confident communicator who’s proactive, commercially minded, and keen to develop their skills in a fast-paced sales environment.

The Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll support our automotive and OEM clients through outbound prospecting and appointment setting.
You’ll learn how to:
Identify and research prospects using CRM systems and LinkedIn
Engage decision-makers via phone, email and digital channels
Build confidence in commercial conversations
Book high-quality appointments for the sales teams
Develop a strong understanding of B2B sales fundamentals
This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, open to coaching, and motivated to grow into a consultative sales professional.

No previous sales experience is required - full training and ongoing support will be provided.
