As a Demonstration Executive at ROI, you’ll coordinate business customer test drives for the prestigious Volkswagen Group, ensuring seamless logistics and high-quality service. What Will You Be Doing?

• Demonstration Coordination: Managing vehicle test drive requests for Volkswagen Group business customers across the UK.
• Logistics Management: Working with the retailer network and logistics partners to ensure timely vehicle deliveries in excellent condition.
• Administration: Completing digital paperwork and due diligence checks with precision and accuracy.
• Customer Interaction: Liaising with Area Fleet Managers and customers to ensure a seamless experience from request to delivery.
• Data Management: Maintaining accurate records and communications in our CRM system.

What Are We Looking For?

• Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing or administrative role, ideally within a B2B environment.
• Great Communicators: Confident in engaging with stakeholders across various levels, both verbally and in writing.
• Organised and Detail-Oriented: Able to manage multiple tasks, with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• Tech-Savvy: Strong IT skills, including CRM/database experience (Salesforce knowledge is a bonus).
• Passion for Automotive: While not essential, an interest in vehicles or the automotive sector is an advantage.
