Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional looking to excel in a dynamic sales support role? As a Sales Support Executive at ROI, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the SKODA RBDE team and their retailer network. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth sales processes, managing data, and enhancing client relationships. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong IT skills, and a proactive approach, we want to hear from you!

What Will You Be Doing?
- Retailer Support: Collaborate with the SKODA Retailer LBDM network to ensure efficient order and agreement processing.
- Sales Coordination: Act as a bridge between the sales team and clients, ensuring seamless communication and workflow.
- CRM Management: Update and maintain sales activity data across CRM systems, including SAGE and Salesforce.
- Data Processing: Input and manage sales data across multiple platforms for accurate tracking and reporting.
- Client Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries, manage relationships, and ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate reports, monitor key sales metrics, and provide insights for business improvements.
- Process Optimisation: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline sales operations.
- Documentation Management: Oversee documentation processes to maintain compliance and efficiency.
Experience Needed
- Strong Organisational Skills: Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Analytical Thinking: Proficient in analysing and interpreting data to support strategic decision-making.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated experience in resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Solid working knowledge of MS Office packages and CRM systems (e.g., SAGE and Salesforce) is highly desirable.
- Excellent Communication: Comfortable engaging with a range of stakeholders via phone and email.
- IT Skills: Strong proficiency in CRM tools and sales database systems.
