We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Business Administrator join our Business Centre team. This role involves supporting daily operations, managing customer service queries, processing agreements, and ensuring accurate company records. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, this is the role for you!
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing customer agreements, renewals, and records with accuracy and efficiency.
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring a smooth resolution of queries.
- Maintaining company data and hierarchies across Europe in Salesforce.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations such as GDPR and treating customer data responsibly.
What We’re Looking For
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- A proactive attitude and adaptability to a fast-changing environment.
- Experience in customer service and familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (automotive experience is a bonus!).
