About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll:

• Lead Your Team: Manage people and resources in line with company policies. Drive productivity, maintain morale, and ensure high employee satisfaction.
• Deliver Excellence: Meet operational targets, ensure quality standards, and align your team with ROI’s values and goals.
• Implement Change: Navigate change effectively, secure team buy-in, and ensure compliance with all policies and standards.
• Foster Development: Coach team members to achieve their full potential, identifying strengths, development areas, and opportunities for growth.
• Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to regulatory standards, including GDPR and company policies, ensuring successful audits.

• Ensure team readiness for regulatory audits and maintain compliance standards.
• Continuously review and refine processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
