We are seeking a driven and innovative Oracle Eloqua Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team on a one-year fixed-term contract. The Marketing Automation Specialist will be responsible for developing marketing automation strategies, campaigns, and programmes to support our client's business objectives. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment and has a proven track record in Oracle Eloqua marketing automation. You will also love to problem solve, get hands-on, experiment, and measure performance.

Although this role will sit within the IT department you will be an extension to the marketing team delivering outstanding solutions that make a difference to our clients.

Responsibilities of the Eloqua Marketing Automation Specialist

• Have responsibility for managing our client's marketing automation platform (Oracle Eloqua) including all related activities such as data management, content creation, email design/testing, lead scoring, segmentation, reporting, and analysis.
• Define and execute marketing automation strategies using the Oracle Eloqua platform.
• Manage the marketing automation workflow within Oracle Eloqua, creating clear and detailed processes and automation rules.
• Provide technical expertise and support to our clients as a trusted advisor as well as working closely with cross-functional internal teams including sales, marketing, and reporting to ensure campaign success.
• Guide best practices, tools, and techniques to ensure effective use of marketing automation capabilities.
• Utilise AI within the Oracle Eloqua platform to improve lead generation in our sales team
• Analyse performance metrics to inform future marketing enhancements.

To Excel in This Role, You Should Have:

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Marketing Automation Specialist, with expertise in using Eloqua. Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Marketo is advantageous but not essential.
• Experience managing complex marketing automation projects.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing demands while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Strong analytical ability, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding performance targets through creative thinking and innovative solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• A user-centric mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
