Location: Nantwich – Hybrid Working
Hours: Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours
Salary: Up to £30,000 + Uncapped Commission (Realistic OTE £40,000 plus)

This role offers a unique opportunity to develop key client relationships and deliver innovative fleet management solutions tailored to the needs of small to medium-sized enterprises.

As a Business Sales Manager, you’ll promote Alphabet’s business mobility services, a leader in fleet and leasing solutions within the BMW Group, managing over 700,000 vehicles worldwide. This role focuses on driving business growth and managing key accounts to expand Alphabet’s market presence.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Drive Vehicle Sales: Champion the sale of vehicles by thoroughly understanding Alphabet’s diverse product range and finance solutions, ensuring effective customer support.
- Customer Guidance: Navigate customers and prospects through the purchasing process, providing bespoke advice on finance products tailored to their business needs.
- Engaging Presentations: Deliver compelling brand and product presentations that highlight Alphabet’s strengths and position us strategically against competitors.
- Tailored Solutions: Develop customised quotes and bespoke agreements that resonate with potential customers, showcasing our commitment to personalised service.
- Negotiate and Close: Skilfully negotiate terms and close sales, leveraging your expertise to achieve successful outcomes.
- Responsive Engagement: Swiftly respond to incoming enquiries via telephone, email, website, and marketing channels, enthusiastically engaging potential customers with Alphabet’s offerings.
- Manage Customer Experience: Oversee the customer journey from initial enquiry to final sale, providing vital product information, coordinating test drives, and preparing accurate quotes or agreements.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain a proactive approach to managing the sales pipeline, ensuring records are accurate and opportunities are efficiently progressed.
- Data Capture: Capture comprehensive company, decision-maker, and fleet information in the CRM, ensuring meticulous record-keeping.
- Opportunity Identification: Identify and act on future sales opportunities, scheduling timely follow-ups to maximise all leads.
- Communication Documentation: Document all communications and interactions in the CRM, ensuring compliance with company processes, GDPR, and FCA regulations.
Skills and Experience
- A ‘Tenacious Closer’: persistently following through with prospects, overcoming objections and barriers with determination to secure the deal.
- Adaptability Under Pressure: Proven ability to manage fluctuating workloads with composure and flexibility, adjusting priorities as needed.
- Strategic Planning: Skilled in setting and prioritising both short- and long-term goals, with the agility to pivot as workload demands change.
- Risk Awareness: Proactive in identifying and communicating potential risks to project delivery, ensuring smooth operations.
- Exceptional Communication: Outstanding telephone etiquette and talent for uncovering customer needs through effective multi-channel communication—both written and verbal.
- Sales Savvy: Strong sales, negotiation, listening, and closing skills that drive results and foster customer satisfaction.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems like Sage or Salesforce is a plus, enhancing your ability to manage customer relationships effectively.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in error checking and numerical data management, ensuring precision in all tasks.
- Team Player: Ability to thrive under pressure, whether working independently or as part of a collaborative team.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of consistently meeting targets and deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
