Job Title: Customer Service Specialist
Location: Walton on Thames, Surrey
Salary: up to £35,000 per annum
Hours: Mon-Thursday, 9am-5.30pm, Friday, 9am- 4.30pm

So, what's the job all about?
As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the epitome of customer satisfaction, stationed at Kia's UK Headquarters in Walton on Thames. Your mission? To be the liaison between the Contact Centre crew in Milton Keynes and the dynamic team here at HQ.
Working closely with the Customer Service Manager, you're set to redefine what top-notch support means. Armed with a great attitude, you'll be the go-to guru for our business customers our dealers, and regional managers guiding them through every query and challenge. It’s not just about being helpful—it's about being epic.
You'll use every channel in the digital playbook to ensure every interaction leaves a lasting impression. And of course, you'll do it all while following our rock-solid policies, procedures, and legal guidelines—because doing things right is just, well, right!
This job consists of a variation of daily tasks, including complaint case management, process management, administration duties and working with multiple systems. So, sharp attention to detail, excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task is a must.
What skills do you need?
- The power to see things from the customer's perspective, so a strong background in a senior customer service role is a must
- Stellar communication skills – you'll chat with people from all walks of life, tailoring your approach to the situation, you must be able to listen to customers’ issues so you can use your problem-solving skills effectively to resolve issues
- A positive attitude, even on those tough days
- Lightning-fast work with impeccable accuracy
